This 15-month programme at Hilton’s EMEA Head Office in Watford is designed to fast-track graduates into becoming Cluster Revenue Managers. You’ll gain real-world experience, hands-on learning, and support from mentors and industry experts while building a hotel portfolio by month five.
THE OPPORTUNITY
The E.D.G.E. Graduate Programme is dedicated to nurturing outstanding talent within the vibrant world of Hilton. Our immersive 15-month journey is thoughtfully crafted to equip you with the expertise and insights required to thrive in Revenue Management. Be part of the unique experience with Hilton by joining the only company globally that establishes at scale dedicated Revenue Management Consolidation Centres (RMCCs). This is your chance to join a team of exceptional individuals, with the aim of becoming a certified Cluster Revenue Manager. Our E.D.G.E. graduate scheme is a transformative 15-month development programme carefully designed to immerse you in the world of revenue management. You’ll learn from our existing experienced team and on-site Training Managers, supporting you to gain the skills and knowledge to excel in your role. Starting from the fourth month of the programme, you'll take the reins and begin building your portfolio of hotels, where you'll be responsible for the exciting world of revenue management. This programme will elevate your skills, expand your horizons, and propel you towards future success.

We are seeking individuals who embody the Hilton Values, possess a strong drive, are disciplined and have a keen commercial acumen.
Our goal is to out-pace and out-perform our competitors and we are looking for you, as our next generation of leaders, to have a similar mind set and be leading the way to success. To be considered, you should have:
- Completed a Bachelor's or Master’s degree recently or by August 2025.
- Fluency in English (speaking, reading and writing).
- Eligibility to work in the UK. The desire to become an expert in Revenue Management.
SELECTION PROCESS
There is a rigorous selection process that includes online assessments, a video interview and an assessment centre which will take place at the end of Q1, 2025
